About Us...
We are More than just a
Sacco.
We are a women Savings and Credit SACCO society Limited that was registered as per
the Kenya Cooperatives Societies Act Cap.490, Section 6 (3) on 20th September 2022. .
The Society is the brainchild of Mrs. Loise Methu who has a wealth of experience in
matters of SACCOs in Kenya having served in the Cooperative movement for a span of
39 years.. She was able to share her vision with nine other likeminded Professional
women who supported the idea of women empowerment through mobilization of savings
forming a pool of resources for members to borrow at reasonable and competitive
interest rates. The SACCO has since grown and is a member owned Financial
Cooperative Institution.
Pivotal Women SACCO draws its membership from women in different sectors e.g.
employment, business, farming, professionals, retirees, upcoming young women, and
women groups/ chamas among others.
The Women groups / Chamas are empowered and sensitized to start their own income
generating activities through Capacity Building. The Women get training on efficient
leadership and Governance.

Dear Members and the General Public
I am honoured to address you as the Chairperson of Pivotal Women SACCO. Our
SACCO upholds the values of Trust, Community and Financial empowerment. We are
dedicated to fostering a culture of savings and investments that contribute to the
overall prosperity of our members and the community at large.
Over the last one and a half years we have made significant strides in providing
financial solutions to the diverse needs of our members. Your commitment is the
driving force of our SACCO continuity.
As we look forward to the future. I want to assure members that our primary focus
remains on the well-being of our members. We are also committed to ensuring
that our operations are transparent, our services are accessible and that we maintain
the highest standards of integrity and accountability.
I encourage all members to actively participate in the SACCO’s activities and to take
advantage of the opportunities we offer. Together, we can achieve even greater
heights and make a positive impact on our community.
